Arroyo Fest 2025. The arroyo seco parkway between pasadena and downtown los angeles will be closed to vehicle traffic for four hours sunday to make way for the 626 golden streets arroyo. Arroyofest 2023 will take over the 110 freeway, shutting down both directions from the 5 freeway to glenarm street.
